ECOCE is a family owned Spanish food company established in 1997 in Northern Spain. They produce raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar made from delicious, healthy, organically grown apples. The ‘mother’ is the culture of beneficial bacteria that ferments apple cider into vinegar – it’s what makes apple cider vinegar slightly cloudy.
