How long until I notice clearer thinking?
Omega 3 takes 8 to 12 weeks to fully integrate into cell membranes. Lions Mane shows benefits in 4 to 12 weeks of daily use. B12 can lift mental stamina within 1 to 3 weeks if you were genuinely low. Sleep and exercise compound everything.
Can I take Lions Mane and omega 3 together?
Yes, this is the classic brain stack. Omega 3 supplies the structure, Lions Mane supports growth and signalling. Add magnesium glycinate at night and you have most of what the brain needs in three products.
Is omega 3 safe with blood thinners?

Should children take DHA?
