The original plant sterols formulation. Take one capsule three times daily on an empty stomach (at least one hour before or two hours after food) for the first two months, then drop to maintenance dosing.
Pair with allergy or stress support
Moducare is often layered with other targeted support depending on the use case: antihistamines or quercetin for allergies, adaptogens or magnesium for stress-related immune fatigue. The sterols handle the balance question; the layered support handles symptoms.
