The range solves everyday physical complaints with a simple tool: a bag that goes in the microwave for two minutes for sore necks, period cramps, headaches, or stiff joints, or into the freezer for a cold compress on sprains and migraines. The fabric is hand-screen-printed locally, the lavender is South African, and every step from print to seam to fill happens in the Cape Town workshop.

What makes them different

Flaxseed Filling
Flaxseed holds 30 to 40 percent oil inside the hull, which lets it retain heat far longer than wheat or rice. It also means the bag never develops the burnt-grain smell that ruins most heat packs after a few months of use.

Hand-Printed Cotton
Every cover is screen-printed by hand in the Cape Town workshop on natural cotton. This is why no two bags look identical, and why the prints carry the texture of small-batch production rather than mass manufacturing.

Microwave Or Freezer
Two minutes in the microwave for heat therapy on muscles, joints, or cramps. Twenty minutes in the freezer for a cold compress on sprains, migraines, or sunburn. One tool, two opposite uses.

Cape Lavender
The flaxseed is mixed with whole-dried organic lavender from the Western Cape. Each heat cycle releases the lavender aroma gradually, which is part of why the bag is used for headaches and tension as much as for muscle pain.

The Dot for targeted areas
The Dot is the compact format. Use it for the wrist, knee, or jaw, where the full-size bag is too big. Two Dots will treat both knees or both shoulders at once.
The headache compress
A long, narrow shape that sits across the forehead and temples without slipping. Cold for migraines, room temperature for sinus pressure, warm for tension headaches.
