The range is deliberately narrow. Three sizes (small, medium, large) cover the most common applications: small for thyroid, lymph nodes, or joints; medium for the liver, gut, or pelvis; large for full abdominal coverage or low-back wraps. The cotton is breathable and reusable, and the design is adjustable rather than fixed, so the wrap moulds to different body types. Forever Natural sits in the space between DIY (a flannel folded over castor oil, which works but leaks) and full kit purchases that bundle unnecessary accessories. It is the wrap, in three sizes, made well.

The medium wrap
If you are new to castor oil packs, the medium is the right starting size. It covers the liver (right side, under the ribs) or the lower abdomen, which are the two most common applications.
The small wrap
For thyroid, breast tissue, lymph nodes, or smaller joints. The small wrap also works for spot applications during travel or where the medium would be overkill.
The large wrap
The large is for full abdomen, lower back, or pelvic coverage. Used for fertility protocols, comprehensive digestive support, or when wrapping a larger frame where the medium does not cover enough surface area.
