- Alpha-linolenic acid is the plant-form omega-3. Some is converted to EPA and DHA in the body (poorly), and the parent compound itself has direct anti-inflammatory effects.
- Algae Oil 198.95 mg (providing 75 mg DHA)
- DHA from Thraustochytrium amoeboideum (a marine algae). The same DHA found in fish oil, sourced directly without the fish, bypassing the body's poor ALA-to-DHA conversion.
