Why use it?
Whole-root powder gives you the full spectrum of liquorice actives, not just isolated DGL (deglycyrrhizinated). For cortisol and immune effects, you need the glycyrrhizin present.
When to use it
Morning is best because the cortisol effect supports waking energy. Stir into warm water or tea. Take in short courses (4 to 6 weeks), not continuously.
How to use it
