- Virgin Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera)
- Lauric acid (about 50% of coconut oil) is naturally antimicrobial against Streptococcus mutans, the main cavity-forming bacterium. Oil pulling lifts microbes and food debris from gum pockets.
- Steam-Activated Charcoal
- Carbon source activated through high-temperature steam treatment, creating a porous surface area of roughly 500 to 1,500 square metres per gram, which adsorbs surface chromophores (stain compounds).
- Peppermint and Spearmint Oils
- Menthol and carvone provide fresh-breath aromatic compounds and mild antimicrobial activity.
- Quercus robur (Oak Bud Extract)
- Tannins from oak bud have astringent, gum-toning properties traditionally used for mouth health.

When to use it
Morning, on an empty stomach. Do not swallow. After the 10-minute swish, spit into a bin (not the sink, as coconut oil solidifies), then rinse and brush.
How to use it
Tear sachet, empty contents into mouth, swish for 10 minutes. Spit into a bin. Rinse with warm water, then brush teeth normally. Use 2 to 3 times per week, not daily.
