How to apply
Warm a small amount between your palms. Massage into scalp, brows, lashes, or skin in slow circular motions. For hair growth, leave on 30 minutes to overnight. For face and body, leave on or apply before sleep.
Skin type
Suits dry and very dry skin, mature skin, and damaged scalp. Comedogenic rating 1 (low pore-clogging risk) but oily and acne-prone skin should patch-test on the jawline first.
How often
Hair and scalp: 1 to 2 times per week. Brows and lashes: nightly. Skin and joints: daily as needed. Castor oil pack: 2 to 3 times per week, 45 to 60 minutes per session.

The story behind the bottle
Crede's castor oil is cold-pressed from organic castor seeds, hexane-free (most commercial castor oil uses hexane solvent extraction that can leave residue). The dark glass bottle is functional: castor oil oxidises fast when exposed to light, and the glass protects the fatty acid integrity through the bottle's life. The 500ml size is the right scale for serious users (daily lash and brow application, weekly hair masks, regular castor pack work) without committing to a giant bottle that will go rancid before you finish it.
