How you will use this
HIGH-HEAT COOKING
Smoke point around 232°C, much higher than virgin coconut oil. Use for stir-fries, deep-frying, and high-heat roasting.
NEUTRAL BAKING
No coconut flavour means it works in any baking recipe where you don't want the coconut note. Direct butter replacement at 1:1.
GREASING PANS
Solid at room temperature, melts cleanly. Perfect for greasing baking tins and frying pans.
SAUTÉING
Replaces seed oils (canola, sunflower) which oxidise at high heat. Coconut oil is more stable.

Substitute with
Direct replacement for butter, ghee, or other cooking oils in recipes where you don't want any coconut flavour. 1:1 by volume when melted.

Storage tips
Cool, dark pantry. Coconut oil is solid below 24°C and liquid above; both states are fine, no quality difference. Use within 18 months.

Made from dried coconut meat (copra), then refined to remove the coconut aroma and flavour through a steam-and-filter process that preserves the fat structure.
