How you will use this

  • HIGH-HEAT COOKING

    Smoke point around 232°C, much higher than virgin coconut oil. Use for stir-fries, deep-frying, and high-heat roasting.

  • NEUTRAL BAKING

    No coconut flavour means it works in any baking recipe where you don't want the coconut note. Direct butter replacement at 1:1.

  • GREASING PANS

    Solid at room temperature, melts cleanly. Perfect for greasing baking tins and frying pans.

  • SAUTÉING

    Replaces seed oils (canola, sunflower) which oxidise at high heat. Coconut oil is more stable.
