Substitute with
Replaces standard table salt 1:1. Slightly less salty per gram than iodized table salt because of the mineral content, so you may use a touch more.

Source and milling
Hand-harvested from the tidal clay ponds of Guérande, Brittany, by salt farmers (paludiers) using traditional wooden tools. The grey colour comes from the natural clay residue, which is also where the trace minerals concentrate.
