How to apply
Saturate with castor oil until damp but not dripping. Apply over the neck, joint, or small area. Cover with a towel and warm compress for 45 to 60 minutes. Store oiled wrap in a sealed glass jar in the fridge.
Skin type
Suitable for most adults. Speak to a clinician before regular thyroid pack use if you have an active thyroid condition or medication adjustments in progress.
How often
Three to five evenings a week for a course of 4 to 6 weeks. Reuse the same wrap around 30 to 60 sessions.
Where on the body
Neck (thyroid), knees, elbows, or smaller body areas. Not for use on broken skin, eyes, or open wounds.
