Who is it for?
Adults with seasonal allergies, hayfever, sinus congestion or post-nasal drip. Particularly useful during the Cape spring (September to November) and dust-driven Highveld winters.
Why use it?
Standard antihistamines block H1 receptors after histamine has been released. This stack works upstream: quercetin stops the mast cell from releasing histamine in the first place, while bromelain physically breaks down the mucus that is already there.
When to use it
Best started 2 to 3 weeks before allergy season begins, since quercetin's mast-cell effect builds over time. For acute flare-ups, take with meals 2 to 3 times daily.
How to use it
One to two capsules per day with meals during allergy season. For acute sinus or post-nasal drip episodes, two to three capsules per day for up to two weeks.
