How to apply
Saturate the cloth with castor oil. Place across the front of the neck, cover with a towel and a warm compress, and rest for 45 to 60 minutes. Store the oiled cloth in a sealed glass jar in the fridge.
Skin type
Suitable for most adults. Talk to a clinician before regular thyroid packs if you have an active thyroid condition or are adjusting medication.
How often
Three to five evenings a week for a course of 4 to 6 weeks. Reuse 30 to 60 sessions.
