- The form of vitamin D produced naturally in skin from UV-B exposure. Converts in liver and kidney to active 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D, which functions as a steroid hormone supporting calcium absorption, immune function, and gene expression.
- Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2 MK-7) 25 mcg per Dose
- The long-acting form of vitamin K2 with around 72-hour half-life. Activates osteocalcin (which binds calcium into bone matrix) and matrix Gla protein (which keeps calcium out of arteries and soft tissue).
