How to apply
Add one to two cups to a warm bath or one cup to a foot basin. Stir to dissolve, soak 20 to 30 minutes.
Skin type
Suitable for most skin types. Follow with body oil for very dry skin. Avoid hot magnesium soaks if you have low blood pressure or are pregnant without doctor approval.
How often
Two to four times a week for full body soaks. Foot soaks can be more frequent.
