Diffuser drops
Use 3 to 5 drops per 100ml water. Run for 30 to 45 minutes. Strong and sharp, so go light at first.
Topical dilution
Dilute to 1 percent for general use, 2 percent for muscle blends (6 to 12 drops per 30ml). Hot oil: patch test before extended use.
Blends with
Pairs with citronella, eucalyptus, peppermint, lavender and geranium for outdoor and energising blends.
Avoid during
Hot oil: extra dilution required. Avoid on broken or sensitive skin. Not for children under 2. Use sparingly during pregnancy.
