How to apply
Pull out 30 to 40 cm of floss, wrap around your fingers, and slide between each pair of teeth in a C-shape against the side of each tooth. Use a fresh section between each pair.
Skin type
Suitable for most adult gums. If you bleed every time you floss, start with a softer floss tape and discuss with your dentist. New flossers may bleed for the first week as gums adapt.
How often
Once daily, ideally at night before brushing. Replace the spool every 2 months on average.
Where on the body
Between teeth and just below the gum line. Not for use on dental implants without dentist guidance.
