Diffuser drops
Use 3 to 5 drops per 100ml water. Run for 30 to 60 minutes when someone in the household is unwell, or as a general air freshener.
Topical dilution
Dilute to 1 to 5 percent in carrier oil for body use (6 to 30 drops per 30ml). One of the few oils sometimes used neat for spot treatment, sparingly.
Blends with
Pairs with lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary and peppermint for cleansing and respiratory blends.
Avoid during
