How to apply
Wash hands. Pull the string straight, insert the tampon into the vagina with a clean finger until it sits comfortably and the string hangs out. Remove and replace every 4 to 6 hours, never longer than 8.
Skin type
Suitable for sensitive intimate users. Use the lowest absorbency that works for your flow. Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is rare but serious: if you develop high fever, vomiting, or rash, remove the tampon and seek urgent medical help.
How often
Replace every 4 to 6 hours during the day. Do not leave in for more than 8 hours, including overnight. Use pads or a cup overnight if your sleep is longer.
