How to apply
Wash hands. Insert with a clean finger so the tampon sits comfortably and the string hangs out. Replace every 4 to 6 hours, never longer than 8. Step down to Super or Regular as flow eases.
Skin type
Use Super Plus only when flow truly needs it: wearing a higher absorbency than needed increases Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) risk and dries vaginal tissue. Stop and seek urgent care for fever, vomiting, or rash.
How often
Replace every 4 to 6 hours, never more than 8. Switch to lower absorbency as flow eases.
Where on the body
