How to apply
Saturate the cloth with castor oil. Place over the right upper abdomen (liver) or the lower abdomen, cover with a towel and a warm compress, and rest for 45 to 60 minutes. Store the oiled cloth in a sealed glass jar in the fridge between uses.
Skin type
Suitable for most adults. Avoid abdominal packs during pregnancy or active menstruation. Do not place on broken skin.
How often
Three to five evenings a week for a course of 4 to 6 weeks, then break. Reuse 30 to 60 times.
