Sharon and Leigh spent years studying the formulation science behind what actually works in skincare versus what is marketing. The result is a range built around peer-reviewed active ingredients (bakuchiol, azelaic acid, vitamin C, glycolic acid, ceramides) in formulations that are vegan, cruelty-free (endorsed by Beauty Without Cruelty), and free from synthetic fragrances. All products come in recyclable glass packaging. The brief is straightforward: the active ingredients that research supports, in clean formulations, at South African prices, formulated by people who actually use the products on themselves and their family.

The daily basics
If you are new to Eleven 2, build the routine around three products: Gentle Face Wash morning and evening, Mineral Sunscreen SPF50 daily, and Ceramide Moisture Cream as the moisturiser. This is a complete clean-tox routine before you add any actives.
Add the actives
Once the basics are running, layer in Vitamin C Serum in the morning under SPF for brightness and antioxidant defence, and Bakuchiol at night for collagen and fine-line support. Both well tolerated and safe in pregnancy.
Targeted treatments
Glycolic Toner for weekly exfoliation, Rose Tonic for soothing and hydration, Oil to Milk Cleanser for makeup removal and double cleansing. These slot into the base routine to solve specific problems (texture, dehydration, congestion).
